The car had hand painted pinstripes on the body. When I came to pick it up, there was pinstripe tape that was already peeling off of it. Now I have to take it back to get it done.

The door hours state 9-5:30. I came on a Friday after I dropped the car off the previous day only to find the door locked. An employee came to the door, I told her I needed something from the car. She said they were closed and come back on Monday. I was upset, walked away then went back. I needed my parking pass. She wouldn’t let me go get my it, so I waited for her to retrieve it. She came back and said she couldn’t find it. I had to explain exactly where it was. After awhile she finally came back with it. It would have taken me about 2 minutes instead of 15
