Julie and José are both AMAZING! They made my stressful situation, stress-free and easy! They kept me up to date on every step of the repair process, were very transparent about everything. They were also extremely flexible with me about pick up/drop off since I have a very specific work schedule. I appreciate this very much as a gov employee! My Rogue looks brand new at almost four years old! I hope to not need repairs on my vehicle again anytime soon, but if need be, I know EXACTLY where i’m going back to. Thank you so much, Classic Collision, but especially to Julie and José! I will be spreading the word about your wonderful customer service. :)

Jose and his team were very attentive to making sure my truck was returned to me in working condition after a gnarly front end bash that compromised a few things. It took longer then planned due to holidays and waiting on parts but they kept me informed the whole way so I didn’t mind the wait. Appreciate the transparency even when things were tough.

I would suggest the company but will not give a perfect score due to reoccurring issues in suspension work after getting my truck back

Staff was very accommodating as to update me when needed. Body work came out great. Suspension parts with replaced and fixed. Have had minor troubles with suspension since I got the truck back, company fixed steering problems twice after failed parts within a week of return. Unfortunately still having issues. Could be my truck in general needs work but slightly disappointed problems keep arising taking my truck there and back to be looked at. Overall pretty good experience but not 100% satisfied with quality of suspension repair.
