Sadly, I was much more hopeful that the repair would be done with excellence as I had heard many good things about AMM. I'm not sure if it due to the change of management/ownership, but this was not my experience at all.

I ended up having to take the car back in the same day I picked it up because there were several dark marks on the hood, the rubber on the passenger door pulled off, and the bumper and hood weren't seated correctly. It still seems like the bumper is not completely latched in (there are gaps on either side and it doesn't look properly lined up) even after taking it back again.

Everyone I spoke to was polite and I received a few text alerts, but had to call on my own twice to find out when the repairs were anticipated to be complete.

The staff here are so kind! Front desk helped me every step and the mechanics made sure to tell me everything they were going to do/did to my car. I took my car in on Friday and had it back by Thursday morning! They even updated me throughout the process. This was my first accident and they made everything so quick and easy for me!

Everyone was so great on communication, and the whole process was efficient. Matt Jaimes was super great with returning calls, and addressing all questions. The staff are very friendly, and they are super quick to get things moving along with the repairs. Highly recommend using this Classic Collision again.

Fantastic job on the door and turn around but they left a very messy adhesive strip on the panel below the door - presumably from the masking for the paint - and when I asked about it I was told it wasn’t them and that I would need to solve that. Then when I asked for the photos from the initial estimate they were gone - so there is no real way to prove anything. Just feeling disappointed at the end of it all
