My car was returned with new scratched and paint missing that was not there before the repairs. I told the staff about this but it wasn’t resolved because the staff mentioned that I would have to leave my car for 1-2 days without a rental because it would have to be covered under my own insurance. I found this to be very inconvenient.

I did have to bring my Chevy back once to fix something with the tailgate and lights and the entire team was flexible with my schedule and also very responsive. The added bonus was that they detailed the inside of my truck both times. I will recommend this location to others in the future!
