I felt the process was a little confusing when we took it for repairs. They thought it was going to be totaled. Then adjusters changed mid stream. If I had needed the car for transportation it would have been a long wait. Fortunately we didnt need it ir a rental car.

From the very beginning when I called, I realized that they would be a delight to work with. I had called a different auto body service center and I did not get very good customer service over the telephone so I immediately hung up and called Classic Collision. That was the best decision I could’ve made. They were the nicest, sweetest, professional people I have dealt with in a long time. I highly recommend them. I’ll give them a 4 1/2 out of five stars.
