Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding my repair. He kept me updated and even finished my repairs before the estimated time. Chris went the 2nd mile and gave me a lift to pick up my rental car. Chris made the entire repair as easy as possible

This is only rated a 9 because there is still an emblem to be installed which is currently on back order. I didn’t ask why they didn’t keep the old one which wasn’t damaged. Otherwise I am quite happy

Communication was good. Service was relatively transparent. Upon giving it a closer look the new while arc on the rear panel is a smidge of center by a millimeter. But overall good job.
