I'm so happy and satisfied with the wonderful customer service I received. Ossie was so helpful and kind. He kept me updated and was there for any questions I had. Ossie made the whole process from start to finish so smooth and stress free! Crystal was also so kind and helpful and so sweet! My car repair was absolutely perfect! My car looks beautiful! My car came back worse than I left it there. They started disassembling my car before it was approved by my insurance. After a couple of weeks or so, my claim was denied so they had to reassemble my car. While they did that they broke my windshield and had to order a new one. Thats one good thing, I got a new windshield, but then I had to order another tx tag and fill out a form and send off for another registration sticker to be mailed to me. While the were working on my car they left the tailgate open draining the battery. I had to get a jumpstart leaving classis collision and then next day a new battery. They also took a green paint pen and wrote on my hood "Paint" and also circled and are on my hood with it. I've tried acetone, alcohol and nothing seems to remove it. I took it to Maaco to get an estimate, and he said it was baked into the paint now from being left out so long. So in conclusion, other than getting a new windshield, my car came back worse than I dropped it off, plus the hassle of getting replacement stickers, a new battery, and having to live with green writing on my hood until I can afford to paint it. Definitely a bad experience for me.
