I am extremely satisfied with the incredible customer service that I was provided with at AMM. Roy G was my rep and made sure that I was informed every step of the way, and when Covid hit the auto shop he called me and apologized about the delay on my vehicle. He was honest and upfront about it, so it didn’t bother me that it had to take a bit longer than expected. The messaging service made sure I was getting frequent updates on my vehicle and had all the information I needed in terms of deductible, and insurance information. Finally the ladies at the front desk were fantastic and super helpful. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired.

Roger and his staff were very unorganized. My progressive representative sent the orders for my car a week prior and also scheduled the appointment for me while being on the phone for the drop off. Roger advised me that he hadn’t received anything however I called my representative and she called and his story quickly changed. Roger was also very confrontational and made me feel uncomfortable with his use of words such as “interesting” when I advised him of what needed to be fix. He statements made me feels as if I was being interrogated by law rather than helpful and understanding.
