There were some delays with my repair due to a faulty part that received and understaff. Manager and estimator kept in touch with me and apologized for the issues that I experienced. Staff was very friendly and I appreciate them making sure that my repair was completed. They made sure my hatch door worked properly and ran water test to avoid any issues.

There was over spray on the front fender that I had to wait to have buffed out. My vehicle had a light color mud left on the driver side in which I had to clean.
