My last comment was not complete and may not have gone through. my experience with Classic Collision was excellent. What made it excellent was James norwood. He was a superstar all the way through. I don't say that lightly as a process and procedure business consultant. Great personality and always positive to help get the job done under budget so this thing in my case was not totaled unnecessarily. It all worked out the car looks great. Be grateful that you have him and show it to him

I'm resending this because I'm not certain my initial review came through to you all. The quality of the repair was very good. The paint on the hood has a couple of minor divots but I actually think they might smooth out over time with a couple of waxes

The process from the moment my car got to Classic Collision was excellent because of one person - James Norwood. I was connected with him when I asked to speak with someone about my car and he was the State Farm adjuster in this case who helped me keep it within budget so that the car wouldn't be totaled. I know he only has so much flexibility and has to play by the rules but given State Farm was of no help here, it was critical I had somebody I could at least talk to. His communication professionalism and character were among the best I've experienced at a company. As a business consultant it is very rare that I come across people with the kind of traits that James has. You are fortunate to have him and I hope you will reflect that in your reviews and compensation.
