The communication was good and Kyle was really nice. They even stayed late for me and I am grateful for that. The worked was all done well. The reason for low rating is because my back up camera was working fine prior to any of this and now it is not working. I was able to take it back to get looked at only to be told that they recommend I take it to dealership and pretty much get proof that my camera was working prior to accident or prior to the getting the repairs done because it was said it came in like that. I needed proof that it was caused by accident to get it fixed. I know my back up camera worked before.

It was great. It was way much better. And we found why I had problems with communication last time. It was the phone number that my insurance agent imported into your system was not me. Once we fix that everything was super Duper Taylor was awesome!!

Amazing from start to finish! When i arrived i was greeted instantly from the the women working at the front desk. Literally like 2 minutes after filling out paper work, Kyle was there to inspect the damage. He did awesome job! Over the 10 day period it took to get my car fixed he was calling and letting me know what was going on. I appreciate that to the fullest. A lot of body work shops won’t call you at all and leave you hanging. Upon arrival, he was there to show me the final product. My front driver side look like it came out fresh from a car lot. Big thanks to Kyle and his team from the fix!

I was very discouraged by the lack of communication. The car was in the shop for 26 days and I felt like I had to call every time just for an update! I don’t mind waiting on the work, I know everyone is short on staff, but I do feel like customer service and updating the customers on the status of their vehicle should be increase!
