When I filed the claim with my insurance company, the Collision company immediately text me and or called me and told me what I needed to do when we came in. They knew who we were. They immediately called the Rental Car company. The rental car company came and picked us up. Classic Collision looked at the damage and kept us up-to-date on everything that needed to be done. They went above and beyond what they were scheduled to do because they also cleared the fogginess on our headlights and the whole bumper was redone in the front so, were totally, completely, satisfied.

Both Jessica and Dalton were very professional, kind, and considerate. They treated us with respect and courtesy and we felt comfortable there. Also, they kept us up-to-date on everything that was going on with the car and when we brought we came to pick up the car and brought back the Rental Car. They called the Rental Car company and they came. The rental car company came to pick up the car so all we had to do was sign the papers and go with our car.

Excellent customer service. Communication is the best I have ever dealt with, the texts & emails were so helpful. I never had to call for updates. The work performed on my vehicle looks to be just like new. Can't tell the Truck was in a collision. Paint blends & everything is lined up. Hood, fender, bumper etc. Highly recommend Classic Collision. 10 out of 10
