The repair was done in a very timely manner, and I had help from multiple people, Danny, Dalton, and Jennifer were great and were very accommodating! Special thanks to Danny for gladly picking me up when the car was ready from my home to get my car. No need to call regarding the status of my car, they always gave updates on the status of the repair and communicated very well! Would highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Classic Collision. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Jay, who handled my estimate made a stressful situation so much easier. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and even personally drove me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to wait for a ride. That level of customer service is rare these days. Throughout the repair process, I received regular updates from Jennifer so I always knew what was happening with my car. It gave me great peace of mind. When my husband and I returned to pick up the car, everyone was incredibly kind and patient, especially with my husband. As we arrived, one of the employees was putting the finishing touches on the car to make sure it was absolutely spotless. It looked fantastic! To top it all off, Jennifer told me I could simply leave my rental car with them, and they would return it to Enterprise for me. That was one less thing to worry about and was such a thoughtful convenience. The repairs were excellent, the communication was outstanding, and the customer service was truly exceptional from beginning to end. I honestly can’t remember the last time I received this level of care from a business. They turned a stressful experience into one that was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant.
