Edgar was very kind. They took care of my repair FAST, I mean like SUPER FAST. I went to pick up my rental car the to my car to pick up something I left in it a few days after (like 2) and they said “ohhh it’s actually done”. And they CLEANED MY CAR!! vacuumed and washed it, I literally almost cried. It hadn’t been vacuumed or washed since my husband passed and it was honestly the kindest thing they could have done. They really did go above and beyond. Ohhh Andy took off the scratches off my bumper that they didn’t have too. So thank you🫶🏼

Alot of miscommunication when there was contact it took me complaining a few times to actually get one of the workers staying in contact with me and I have never heard of it taking almost 3.5 months to have a vehicle repaired other than Diego trying to help as much as he can I would never return
