Dan, my PM was awesome. He maintained solid communication keeping me updated on status. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable as well as efficient. The recommended shop was professional, courteous, and generated updates consistantly. The updates were truly in sinc with the actual stages of repair. Upon pick up, they were happy to recap thier repairs and were patient when questions were asked. I am grateful my car appeared to be in good hands. Overall it was an EXCELLENT experience.
