Will gladly change this review once I start getting answers why my vehicle is still there an extra week and half now waiting for a tire. Was told it was repaired and ready for pick up Thursday March 24th. Drove away and truck started shaking violently when I went over 40mph. Returned immediately and was very polite asking for proper repair. Have gotten 0 calls or updates from shop since then. When I have called ive been told it is a faulty tire and waiting is only option. This is a fleet vehicle and I have been happy with your company up til now. I am questioning using yall in the future now.

Started off great. Dropped my truck off with no issues, everyone was friendly and helpful. Got the quote back in a timely manner. Then when I went to pick it up the gentleman told me it was ready but when I showed up they where still working on it. Not a super huge issue other then I had already dropped my rental off and now had no vehicle to use. The gentleman apologize and insured me that the vehicle would be completed by the next morning and that they would ensure the truck was washed/ cleaned and ready to go . The next day I went to go pick it up and found the vehicle to be dirty with oil marks on the inside and what looked to be foam pieces from the roof all over the front and back of the car and look like a rushed wash job on the outside. They did a great job getting the dents out. But the communication and follow through if their word was terrible.
