It was frustrating to have to call when I was told I would be contacted and wasn't. It made me a little upset when I found out they called the wrong number to let me know that the car would be ready. The fact that my battery was dead and I had to replace it immediately after leaving was irritating. Finding out later that my headlights and blinker on my driver's side were disconnected and never put back together was irritating as well and I am not looking forward to cleaning this sticky stuff off of my window. I appreciate yall getting my car done so fast but I would not recommend this shop to someone looking for immaculate work. But the woman working the front desk was very sweet and does a great job and the guy that helped me was very nice.

They got the job done but left me with a dead battery, disconnected blinker and headlight, tape residue on the inside of the new window and broken glass stuck inside of the weather stripping from the old window. Overall I'm happy to have my car fixed but I'm not very happy with the whole experience. I won't be recommending this shop to anyone I know simply because of the issues with my battery. They told me that it was because it had sat for a couple weeks but I have a feeling it was because they took the door off and didn't think to disconnect my battery while it sat without a door waiting for parts.

Everyone was very nice and tried to be professional but having to play phone tag with someone is frustrating and there were 2 separate occasions when I was told I would be called on a certain day and was not.
