Very kind people to work with but i’ve had issues with my car taking extra long due to constant back orders and time delays and now that i have my vehicle back it keeps showing a light that wasn’t there before indicating something is wrong with the side y’all worked on. i’ve called to try to reach somebody about it but keep getting transferred and the sent to a voicemail that’s full.

great people, but communication at this location is lacking. every time i reach out i'm put on hold and then reach a full voicemail box. please reach back out, there’s a sensor issue with my car that wasn’t there before and its in the spot that was repaired so id like it to be fixed asap please

Classic Collision did an awesome job at, not only, repairing my vehicle, but the process from beginning to end was great. They, the technician Dan and the crew that worked on my car were amazing at their jobs. I would also like to say that I really like that they backed their work with guarantees, which at other places I didn’t get. I would recommend Classic Collision in Schertz to any and everyone.

The entire experience from drop off to pick up was SEAMLESS! I did not get the guy's name with the man bun and the hat, but he reassured me when I brought the vehicle in and explained the process of how everything would go. EDGAR was absolutely top notch. I mean above and beyond in his communication and updated on parts and the status of my vehicle! He was nothing but kind, and even helped me put my new plates on at pick up. My 2026 Kia Sportage was repaired to PRISTINE condition and I am so pleased with the service I received. I will be recommending Classic Collision on Main street to everyone I know. And I got it back earlier than expected- just pleasantly surprised all around. I'm grateful for their whole team. THANK YOU!!
