Wouldn't get updates. I had to be on top of everything. Kept getting excuses. I had to involve my insurance in order to get repairs done.

I was not at all satisfied with the process, to many excuses and missed all of the mechanical issues with the front end. Also bad guidance will cost me a considerable amount of money

Rear hatch did not work properly with push button. Upon investigation I found that 4 nuts were not properly secured on either finish panel or upper gate trim which required me to R&I. Push button was disconnected. I corrected rather than spend time having shop fix something that should have been confirmed.
