Andrew was helpful initially, but the estimate felt inflated — likely to steer me toward CC over Windermere Collision, knowing the at-fault driver's insurance was footing the bill. My suspicion grew when a major component quoted for full replacement was ultimately only repaired. Several other issues compounded my concern. I was given a string of excuses for why my vehicle couldn't be transported by carrier to the dealer for calibration — excuses that fell apart when I contacted the insurance company directly and was told they had no objection to flatbed transport for a high-end vehicle. Separately, alignment was quietly removed from the scope by Andrew, despite the Porsche dealership explicitly recommending it. I only discovered this after taking delivery and had to arrange and pay for it myself through insurance. The pattern was troubling: decisions seemed driven by CC's convenience rather than what the repair actually required. My most troubling experience, however, was with General Manager Clayton. He was belligerent, combative, and aggressive in a manner that was wholly unprofessional.I left the interaction deeply disappointed and would not recommend this shop based on that experience alone.
