Took a month to complete minor body work, electronics calibration and wheel replacement/alignment. That's 50% too long. They blame Progressive, but for reasons that were revealed later, it's just pure incompetence. They didn't order the replacement wheel I needed after having the car sit there for a month. Claimed said wheel would come from Germany, when it was already sitting at an Audi dealership 10 minutes away so it could've been done weeks earlier. Couldn't do wheel alignment in the shop, so they had to send the car to the same Audi dealership. Burned five days waiting around on a tow truck there and back, only to find out, Audi didn't do what they needed to do because these guys FORGOT to tell them what to do, just like they FORGOT to order the wheel. Not that Audi couldn't do it, or didn't know how, just that Classic didn't tell them what needed doing.

Complete radio silence until I started inquiring about what was taking so long. Didn't do what they said they promised they would do on several occasions. Put the onus of solving problems they were supposed to fix onto me, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of paying them to do a job.

Your systems are so screwed up you not even aware i haven’t picked up the car. When I did go to pick it up two days ago there were so many flaws in the workmanship and the surface of the paint and it is now taking you two days to correct what should’ve happened during your QC inspections the car was at your shop almost 4 weeks For repairs that should have taken 10 days as they ordered basically no parts for over for approaching $6500
