The process from start to finish was so smooth and easy. The communication and follow through was on point. I appreciated being updated through the process as it helped me plan. Nicole, Andy and Clayton were all wonderful to deal with. I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish.

Andrew did the same wonderful job he always does. He explained in detail how the process works with the insurance company and what our options would be. He protected our repair parts to the highest standard while also keeping expenses low. When he suggested a used headlamp which was an original Audi part he saved us over $2000.00. The car was finished on time. We were pleasantly surprised that Andrew had taken it over to be callibrated and brought it back for us. He handled the rental car return as well. He and Natalie communicated clearly and in a timely manner and make a great team. A+++ I will only use Classic Collision of Mercy Drive for my repairs. I trust them completely and they reduce the general stress of having an accident fixed. Will leave another five star google review.
