The car wasn’t ready on two of the original days promised due to waiting for parts. Then when we picked it up, it was filled with ants and we had to go purchase bug spray before driving it off the lot. Then today we discovered that the driver’s side back door will not open, and it isn’t because of child lock. Appreciate the wash and the wheel scratch repair, but otherwise disappointing experience.

The car repair completion date changed a few times which sort of threw off our schedule personally but we understand those things happen. However, upon picking it up, the car was filled with ants, to the point where we had to drive around the corner to buy bug spray before we could drive off. Then, we discovered just yesterday that the passenger’s side back door will not open from the inside which was never a problem even prior to the accident repair. So now we’ll have to find time to come back and get that repaired which will be a bit inconvenient for us.

Every aspect of the experience was well above average. What was astonishing was the fact that they were able to take my car a week after the accident when all other body shops were four months out. That was truly a relief.
