I went to two auto body shops that made me feel totally unwelcome. Taylor at Classic Collision was the opposite. She was very sympathetic and understanding. She gave me an appointment for the very next morning, inspected my car, provided a quote and set up a time for me to drop off my car. Start to finish, I was done in 15 minutes. Taylor estimated the job would take one week, which was a pleasant surprise! And the team delivered!! My car came back to me vacuumed on the inside and rinsed on the outside with the ugly scrape gone. If your car has a boo-boo, call Taylor at classic collision. She will make the process easy for you.

Loved the communication and service between my insurance company, rental company and me. I would recommend them, since I didn’t have to pay for anything I’m not sure how expensive it costs to get stuff done but definitely worth checking yall out.
