I was extremely satisfied with how my repairs were taken care of. Adrianna kept me up to date every step of the way and my vehicle was actually ready ahead of schedule and looks like nothing ever happened.

I have had multiple issues with this collision center. First complaint I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I asked what all that was done to the vehicle there was no mention of the passenger front tire being replaced. I informed them that the front tire had a large groove all the way around the inner side wall due to the wheel being push in at the top from the accident. The tire was rubbing on the upper control arm. They went back to the shop and verified the tire did need replacing. How that missed this when the fixed the rim is beyond me. They had to order the tire so I was without a vehicle for another 7 business days. When I received the vehicle back it was not driving right. You could feel in the wheel something rubbing on the passenger side. At first, I thought it was the new tire as it had more tread than the passenger side. I had the new tire moved to the back but before that could happened the tire shop brought to my attention that all my lug nuts on the passenger side were stripped. I had them put after market ones on they could not reuse the ones that came off. They rotated the tire and it made no difference in the drive. I contact the shop and they towed in back in. This week I was told the hub bearing was bad and that fixed the issue. They dropped the vehicle off at my house Tuesday. When I got home I went for a ride in the neighborhood and the rubbing sound is still present. Plus, the shop did not replace my lug nuts as discussed due to them damaging them. At this point I have no faith in this collision shop. I contacted the insurance and they are allowing me to take it elsewhere to be repaired. I finding a shop close to me to have them fix the issue. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I only used them because it’s a Geico preferred shop.

The car came out great. The turn around time was only a few days. Super fast! Chasity did great. She was my point if contact and updated me every step of the way and over communicated which really helped me scheduling my repairs and being prepared to be without my vehicle.
