My passenger side mirror is loose and dangly. Everything else is fine, but there were some parts that were not put back into place in the glove box.

On principle, that additional fee really bother me. I don’t like to be forced to pay something that should be paid by the company

After having to pay $1000 deductible, I got charged additional $30 because I used a credit card. I just think that’s kind of ridiculous and probably won’t go back just based on principal I own a small business and I pay the processing fee as cost of doing business and I don’t pass that fee on to my clients.

Adjuster great customer service kind, professional and courteous. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. The front reception was nice however customer service needs improvement and smile just a little bit more. I'm BIG on customer service when you walk in that is the first person you come into contact with. She didn't acknowledge us or ask if I needed help. I had to ask her. Otherwise very satisfied with you. I've taken all my vehicles there.
