Terrible work. Surface sprayed painted not clean, new damage on hood, sanded work not done right contour was not formed.

Took 5 weeks to do schedule work. When job was done it had not been done completely. Had to have tech come to the house. Then when job was supposedly completed and they said they would wash and clean interior. It was the worst cleaning job I had ever seen the windows were cleaned with a dirty rag, it was so bad that I had to stop on way home and buy a bottle of water to clean the windshield and driver side window to see out of it.

No one walked repairs with me. My blindside censors weren’t working, which were working when I dropped off my truck. They didn’t bother to let me know that they weren’t working. Drove off and had to come back as I noticed they weren’t working. They told me they stolid call me on Friday to set up an appointment to get it fixed and I received no phone call. Very disappointed!

My service advisor never called me once . I called him and he still never returned my call. My car was ready on Friday and no one called me I called on Monday and receptionist said oh it’s been ready since Friday.
