Upon receipt of my car, overall, I was satisfied with the repairs up to a point that is. The hood was not aligned properly which is obvious. I will take blame for that due to me not going over the damage with them at the time of drop off, but no one came out to view the damage with me. When I addressed that issue, I was told that it was in tolerance of the specs for it. When I got home, and I opened the door from inside, there is now an approximate 3-inch hole in my door at the top of the door panel. It is a plastic trim that allows access to the side mirror. So now, I am missing that plastic piece due to shop negligence.

It was okay, but felt rushed, and the receptionist made me feel guilty for going over my repairs outside, again no one offered to view the car with me until I made my complaint. My car was dropped off in Kerrville but ended up being repaired in San Antonio. No problem. I called Monday about the status of my car, thinking it was back in Kerrville, and it was not, again no problem. The receptionist did not know where my car was and gave me the wrong phone number for verifying its location and status. The man I spoke with said he would track it down and he did and called back with the information. Overall, customer service is adequate, but procedures could be improved.
