Everything on the car seemed to be repaired fine but I received my car extremely dirty on the inside with mechanics hand prints stained to the ceiling, glass still in the car from the window that was replaced. And the skid plate is dragging on the ground.

So the lining around my tire was not placed on my car at pick up. I had to go back and they took more then a hour to put the part on. Then as I went to wash my car a week after picking it up the stripe on my car came off. It is a line that is on both sides of my car. And when I picked my car up a worker left their sun glasses in my car like they were too comfortable in my car.

My truck is not yet completed it was given to my husband late Friday 5/3/22 and the lights in the bed box are not even working or the letters on the tailgate installed. They are missing. When I call I get put on hold for a long time over 30 minutes just to be told the person who is to help me is out to lunch

Absolutely zero communication. Would never recommended this place and will not return for any future needs. Vehicle was not ready on time. Had to take multiple days off work to deal with this company.

Communication was horrible. Car was supposed to be ready on the 13th and was getting text messages with the progress of the vehicle. We show up on the 13 and the vehicle was not touched. I called throughout the day to try to get status and st one point was told it was in paint which was a lie because when I got there I was told they are waiting on parts. The week prior I was told all parts are in. Very disappointing experience. Will never go back or recommend.
