Not only did they take a long time just to fix my door they didn't even hook the wires correctly so now I can't control the window to the passenger side door and they wouldn't even keep me notified or keep me updated whatsoever I'm honestly disappointed

My experience has been absolutely terrible. This is the most poorly executed repair job I have ever seen in my life. The welding is terrible like a crappy spot weld. The trunk liner is not even like the original with the hooks for my bungee chord trunk bag. The liner is untucked and exposed (quite literally thrown in), there is paint all over the rubber seals. The rubber seals are uneven and the bumper isn’t even attached to the car correctly. My rear driver wheel wasn’t even looked at. I don’t know if it is a bent wheel or the hub cap is bent. You can only see it when the wheel is in a certain position. I am very unhappy and will be handling the situation through my insurance company.
