I would give this a negative rating. ProCare did not fix my vehicle. After telling them multiple times they still did not fix it. They even blamed me for having another accident so they would not have to fix it. We have pictures that prove otherwise. We will be taking this to a lawyer.

Well It’s not that I don’t appreciate y’all cleaning my truck before I picked it up… however you put something on my floor mats and now they’re extremely slippery. I’m gonna have to scrub it off so my feet don’t slide around and so I don’t get hurt trying to get in and out. The body repairs are good thank you

Picked up my car and noticed what a bad job they did . They never put things back in my trunk . The side looks like it’s going to pop out and they stole my change and cleaners I had in the trunk . The ladies I dealt with were nice but the job itself is bad . I can’t believe they charged over $2k for this
