I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service offered by Procare. First there was a delay of over 2 weeks which is understandable given Covid circumstances. However returning the car without appropriate Quality control to ensure all the repairs have been addressed is not acceptable. It is not safe for the customer who assumes all repairs are completed with proper safety controls and oversight in place. Procare did not even do a proper Test Drive before returning my car. I had to make multiple trips back to Procare to get my car fixed.

I will never recommend this place and they will not tell you if they broke into your vehicle you would have to find out for your self but they do tell you you signed documents so there hands are tied pretty much they don’t care

Did not put the part on right to my truck . They also broke into my truck while it was there in y’all shop. Horrible customer service I called the ladies at the front desk always put me on hold and not answer my calls had to drive up there twice just to talk to y’all in person will not be going back horrible place to take your vehicle and they do break in to there cars at that shop so I wouldn’t leave anything in the vehicle .

The gravel guard could not be matched, also pinholes in paint when came to pick up and other areas that were not part of the repair with wet sand marks that were not buffed out. Also license plate lights don’t work anymore wiring was cut and then looks like they tried to repair the wiring but the person obviously didn’t know what they were doing and botched the whole thing and ruined my lights. Also bumper was not aligned properly and when they took it off the did not put all the parts back on correctly, bolts loose, washers missing etc…

The car was fixed perfectly! I greatly appreciate all the efforts involved in fixing her. My only area of concern was the lack of communication in terms of the several delays of her ready date.

Bad experience no body can tell me the progress on my truck

At the beginning I was kind of disappointed due to the fact that the first person I spoke to lied about there being dents on the trunk of the vehicle that’s a good way to fool people but he fooled the wrong foo but himself the fact also he didn’t explain what they were doing I had to find out what they were goons do but that boy Andrew the real drew not the other foo that acted to be drew the real one boy clean af smooth how he explained everything and kept up with everything appreciate that nigg Fr after the whole experience it was aight came out good I was pleased
