I was greeted both times that I went inside the office. I even went back to retrieve some of my property from my vehicle, and Drew was so nice. I just had a minor problem with communication with Drew keeping me informed. He said he called, but I did not receive a phone call.

bad customer/car service also the date on the rental vehicle was not correct and enterprise is looking to charge me and neither progressive or pro collision can help with that. i will be looking to switch carriers soon. thank you
