"Poor communication. I had to wait for an appointment to drop my car off and then it took almost a lot to get it back. No one walked out to my car to look at or inspect it. I went to the desk and was told I owe $500 and that was the only communication I got when I pick my car up.. the blinkers are not working, and I was told that the calibration tech often leaves them off because they have to be turned off for them to do their job. Isnt part of their job, ensuring the safety of customers and those blinkers and electronics turned off or critical part of safe driving When I inquired about the delay, it was taking for my car to be repaired with a dead in the driver's door and small dent in the back panel. I was told that there are 40 cars on the lot waiting for repairs and mine is not the only one. I was told there are only three techs available and by the way there are holidays and their employees get time off.. the problem with all this is my car was totally fine to drive until they could have got it in the shop and fixed properly. I was told to bring it in and drop it off and they would fix the blinkers not working and my other concerns, but they couldnt tell me how long. This shop knows that Im having to pay out of pocket for my rental car. My opinion is that my car didnt generate enough revenue to take priority over the cars that they would be paid more for. I was told I would get text messages and Total communication. I would like to also point out that I thought that I was doing business with Hendrix paint body Who has a great reputation because the phones Answer is saying they are tricks the sign outside that Kendrick everything said Kendrick and it wasnt until my car was actually being worked on that. I realized that it was not that two was explained to me by saying that they just havent got everything changed over yet, including the permit and business sign hanging in the office that say Kendricks. It was Kendricks reputation that made me take my car there. And my blinker still do not work because they want me to bring it in and drop it off.!!! How did you let an unsafe vehicle leave your lot" Read less

I am absolutely terrible with names, but I think it was a shot manager that I dealt with. He was the best. Very kind and courteous and got me in and out within five days. And the lady at the front desk was also just as sweet. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Kendrick’s my entire life, and I’ll continue to do so with Classic Collision.

This is the second time I’ve had to use them and I’ve been completely satisfied both times. Absolutely no issues. And the entire staff is really nice.

I was told everything looks good, but we think it looks great. It really helps with the savings from a lower estimate as other companies care more about the overhead and not the customer. I've been to 3 of your shops and have been received with open arms by super nice staff. Randy made sure to point out the details of the repairs and what was replaced.
