I am a repeat customer, and this experience confirmed exactly why I came back. About two years ago, I brought my Nissan Maxima to Classic Collision after it was rear-ended, and they did an outstanding job then as well. Two years later, the quality of their work and customer service has not changed. That consistency says a lot about the team. From the very beginning, my experience with Classic Collision was outstanding. Before I even dropped my vehicle off, they contacted me to let me know I had selected the wrong Enterprise location and recommended the partner location right down the street. They also explained that when my repairs were complete, I could simply leave my rental there and Enterprise would pick it up. That level of communication before the repairs even started immediately put me at ease. When I arrived, Jessica at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and explained the entire repair process. Angie completed the vehicle inspection, documented everything thoroughly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Throughout the repair process, I received regular text updates and phone calls whenever there was something important to discuss. I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle because they kept me informed every step of the way. When additional damage was discovered, including a hairline crack in the rear light assembly, Angie contacted me immediately to explain what they found, why it affected the repair timeline, and what the next steps would be. I appreciated their honesty and transparency. They also took care of a minor cosmetic concern I mentioned while my vehicle was there, which showed they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and making sure my vehicle looked its best. What impressed me most was the customer service. My vehicle was actually completed ahead of schedule, well before my rental agreement was set to end. On the day I picked it up, I wasn’t sure I would make it before closing because I was driving from work in Portsmouth. Jessica told me not to worry and said she would wait for me. That alone meant a great deal. When I finally arrived, she had already pulled my car around, started it, and turned on the air conditioning so it would be nice and cool in the middle of the summer heat. After I finished the paperwork, I walked out to a beautifully repaired, freshly cleaned, polished vehicle that looked fantastic. It was one of those thoughtful touches that you don’t expect but never forget. Everyone I interacted with, including Jessica, Angie, Mr. Bonds, and the rest of the team, was professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate everything they did and would not hesitate to recommend Classic Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

CC gave me a written estimate for work requested, asked me to bring my vehicle in the following Tuesday and started work the next day. Their office kept me informed during the process, work was completed in time stated. They said they would do a good job, it wasn't good - it was superb.The icing on the cake was some detailing performed in my vehicle afterward. The whole process for me was completely trouble free and at the estimate given. A very good business.

The work done is wonderful. Was concerned about the communication. 3 times I had to call at the end of the day to find out that my car wasn't ready when I was told it would be. I just needed to coordinate my schedule and the rental. I would have appreciated someone calling me or even a text to coordinate my schedule.
