Let me start with, Jess at the front desk is just the best! She made me feel safe and comfortable, and I just knew that my car would be returned to me and a wonderful shape which it was and she kept me updated with everything going on on a good schedule and she had all the paperwork that I needed when I needed it and I couldn’t have done this without her! Steve was the guy who I believe managed the actual repairs or did them, he was also very friendly and very helpful and I never was concerned about having good repairs we’re done! All in all, I would recommend this business to all my friends and I’ve used them twice now and just as a final note again, Jess really made the whole scenario go very well and I couldn’t have been happier with their service!

Repair was never performed. Said they could not find a replacement headrest and State Farm totaled the car because of it. Autohouse ordered a new headrest for under $300 and is fixing the car.
