They did a great job on my insurance claim. My only issue was that during my estimate with Tony, I asked if some scratches on my drivers side could be fixed separate from my insurance claim. He said they could probably stretch the pain on a couple of small scratches and place a dot of paint in a ding. I was willing to pay for it but was told he’d take care of it and it wasn’t done. Most likely forgotten because it wasn’t written up in my insurance estimate.

-The final repair cost was about twice the estimate! -I was not called when the car was ready. I called Coachcraft when I was told the car will be ready in 30 minutes while I was out of town (communication issue) - Not a good job for additional touch ups that I was asked for.
