Being without your car for any period of time and although the repairs took longer than what was expected. I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair job. Additionally, throughout the whole process, Tanner was very communicative with what was being worked on or what was holding up the repairs. Coach craft Autobody was a pleasure to work with. They handled everything for me and all I had to do was show up drop the car and that was it. I work in the automotive industry and I understand the dynamics which was very helpful for both myself and coach craft autobody to be able to make this experience just so simple and easy. Tanner was on top of it all he is an asset to coach craft. Tanner is easy to work with honest and efficient. To me this is priceless. Customer service 5 ⭐️. What Tanner promise time wise was exactly that. Communication was easy straight forward. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. In this day and time good customer service is almost non existent and I was so pleased and it was refreshing to see such great customer service.

The fender/ side panel they did very good! The paint job was done very well! What I didn’t do was go around and look at the car before I left Coachcraft plus take pics! When I picked up the car I drove to my Daughters home got out went around the back and to the right of the Subaru logo was a chip!I called Coachcraft and told them-they said bring it back which I did and they said the chip was there before- so I said no it wasn’t and my friend who has a classic car and comes over 3 times a week said it wasn’t there before I took it to Coachcraft! Sad to say that Coachcraft didn’t own up to it!
