Delay from initial contact on February 1, 2024 to intake on March 12, 2024 did not make me happy. Especially because I had to directly contact the Allstate insurance adjuster numerous times to understand the delays. I was told Coachcraft wanted to total the car and not repair, but the adjuster had confirmed the margin between car worth and repair estimate was within Nevada guidelines. Once work was started things went better.

Discussions with Coachcraft office staff during the 2/1 and 3/12 “negotiation” period was frustrating - lots of paper shuffling, little to no knowledge of the actual status and no offers to find an answer. Also difficult for me to fit into CoachCraft’s schedule, especially for drop off as I worked four days a week and left my house between 6:45 and 7 am.

Absolutely loved my experience at Coachcraft! I only had minor damage so I can’t speak to anything extra but Tanner went above and beyond to make me feel confident everything would be okay. He helped take care of the claim and got my truck ready faster than expected. 10/10
