NEVER!!!! I have two other vehicles they will never touch and 13 siblings that know not to go to Coachcraft. I tell all my friends, coworkers, niece and nephews dogs cats and anyone who will listen; NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO TO COACHCRAFT!!!

The Taylor was fine. the receptionist Destiny is totally incompetent. Not only did I get wrong information from her 3 separate times, when I picked up my car I received paperwork for a different car with a different woman’s information. I also never received updates unless I called and received no text message updates as they were supposed to give me.

My car looked fantastic. Apparently, the first time it came back from the paint booth, the color was not exact. They took the time to redo the paint, and when I pick the car up, it was totally detailed. Very, very satisfied! Thank you, Michelle

Everything was great, that included the desk and the people from the back of the house the mechanics I only had one small hangup and my car took seven days, and I understood it would be only two days. I say understood because I know what happened, and it wasn’t entirely your fault.
