Auto body shops are not someplace I frequent on a regular basis but in the last 5-6 months I have had 2 occasions to be in need of body work. My neighbor took his car to Coach Craft and was very happy with the results. On the first repair a part was om National back order so the delay was not the shops fault. On the second repair my car was fixed and delivered when estimated. Both times the repair results were perfect. Zach was my estimator both times and he is great to work with. I would definitely recommend Coach Craft to anyone needing quality body work on their car.👍

They are on Allstate’s preferred list. No other good reason. Next time (and I hope there’s not a next time) I’ll ask for the second choice on their preferred list.

Very slow. 2 weeks to finish (10 business days), and this, after an appointment 2 weeks out. Difficult to contact the right people. Work was very good. If you have mountains of time to sit biding your time, sure, have at it. Not me, not again.
