Asked to have something checked , was not done. When picked up my car they had to jump start the car, kept asking how old the battery was. It is about 2 years old. Lied about jumping the car, then said that because they are in and out of the car) the damage was underneath) that the battery sometimes dies. The lights were left on over the weekend. There was no reason to have the lights on

Happy with the estimate and actual repairs made. Staff was nice and communicated well and even made the rental car process easier. Unfortunately when I went to pick my car up after repairs the battery was dead. It was explained that while they have the cars they are obviously not started or driven much and with cold weather sometimes batteries die. They jump started the car for me and reminded me to drive for approx 20-30 minutes before turning it back off which I did before going home. Unfortunately 3 days later and having to jump start the car every time we needed to use it we ended up having to drop $300 for a new battery as the old one would no longer hold a charge.

Took longer than I thought--I had to rent a car for $1000. They had to wait thru the weekend for special pads. They are close d on weekends another $60 rental time period
