We experience an awesome time taking are Toyota Avalon to Coachcraft Autobody starting with Quinn Shepherd who walk us through are repairs and what needed to be fixed on are vehicle.He let us know how long it would take to complete the repairs and he delivered, We would also like to thank Brittany for all the updates it was being repaired. Lack of communication from the adjuster. Would like to have seen more updates in a timely manner. At times got conflicting information regarding the status of the car

Ok. Here is the requested review of Coach Craft, being a first time customer. We were happy overall. We were not happy with a few things, that, in fairness, we also took partial responsibility. - [ ] Biggest was a scratch on the back, not there when we dropped off the car. - [ ] The car was done. On a day they closed early. Not informed. - [ ] They insisted we sign papers before bringing the car to us. The good things they did: - [ ] The repair looks good, quality. - [ ] Repairs were timely and informed. - [ ] Worked with Aaa. And with Enterprise rental well enough. - [ ] They washed the car inside and out. We did a walk around. But saw the scratch at the next stop, Enterprise rental return. So we have ordered some touch up paint to try. And they do post their hours. Thank you, Stacy 775-560-1911

I would call and leave a message for Quinn and he would never call me back. Very frustrating. I had to ask all my questions to the person who answered the phone which is always took the time to answer my questions.
