Your staff performed exemplary service! From the moment I contacted CC, I believe Sabrina answered, to Jen not only walking me through the process, but explaining possible issues. When I called her early this week to see if we'd have car in time for Saturday because my son had the SAT on both my wife and I were working, she said she'd try to get it by the end of the week... AND She came through! She even mentioned that she had the tech "clean up" some not so perfect spots, Again above and beyond!

Sabrina at reception was knowledgeable and helpful. Jen was fantastic throughout the entire process. My son hasn't been driving long and this was his first accident. She was very professional, Courteous, and diligent throughout the claims process. She explained the process, potential pitfalls because of the older model, and fitting the parts. She said she asked the tech to re-do a portion of the repair. Her service was exemplary and she should be commended.

The team at Coggin Collision is an absolute go to for Collision Center related needs. They did an outstanding job on my 2018 Ford F-150 after my vehicle was involved in an accident. The paint match work was top notch, which was one of my biggest fears after having the accident. The moment I walked in the staff immediately greeted me with smiles and it felt that they genuinely wanted to be there to help, which put my mind at ease. The manager, Jake, also was super incredible with any issues that arose with the vehicle or insurance. The whole system is just well rounded as they send you updates frequently as the vehicle goes through estimate, repairs, and paint. I highly recommend you bring any vehicle here as you will be well taken care of. Great job to the Coggin team, Bravo!

The repairs were pretty straight forward but they went above and beyond in making sure the correct repairs were made when my insurance carrier quoted for the wrong part.

They were extremely helpful and accommodating. From offering me a ride after I dropped off my vehicle to storing it when I was unexpectedly delayed and unable to pick it up right when it was completed.
