The time took a little longer than I expected but I knew that they had to order a part and that my vehicle was a 2009 model so that was understandable.

I am completely satisfied with the work, but the coordination with Geico was a bit off. I was not informed that my car was ready. I had to call an hour before closing to check and was initially told it was waiting for approval, but then after further explanation of that same report from a text I got earlier that morning and further checking (physically getting up to go see), it was discovered that it was indeed ready. So I had to drop everything and try to get there before closing. car looks great, though. Awesome job as usual. The springs in trunk doesn’t seem to close down as it usually does, though.

I've driven the truck a good many miles now and everything seems to be okay. I think Tom is aware of this, I would have expected the truck to be a little cleaner after being repaired. This might be something you want to work on with your cleaning guys. Tom and Carlos were great to work with through the vehicle being repaired. Thank you Tom and Carlos

Drivers side Fog light doesn't work now, car makes weird whistle sound when highway driving and pulls to the right now too. Tire was flat at delivery. Don't think my Geico adjuster did the final inspection because the pre delivery checklist I received in my paperwork was for a Ford F150 Lariat Supercrew (For Customer:Robert Kelly) not me or my vehicle.
