I had an accident a true accident that was completely my fault two days after I bought my new Denali XL , I was completely devastated and very very angry and upset with myself ! From management to Anthony to Carlos in collision totally calmed me down and assured me everything would be fixed and they would take care iof it ! Car was not repaired on schedule requiring a rental vehicle an extra inconvenience to owner. . Coggin had vehicle for 12 days with an approved estimate before car was dropped off.

When the vehicle was returned there were other parts of the Car with problems that were not there. Rips in the leather seats, trunk area very dirty, scratches on the glove compartment and the car is still skipping. The transmission is very loud. The car does not ride smoothly as it once did. Who would know better than me how my vehicle performed? It no longer rides without hesitation.
