People were awesome! Keep me posted on progress of the car. Office people are great! Even fixed the door of my other truck while I was waiting on my SUV to be delivered. Can't ask for more! We will be back for other repairs or maintenance when needed. Thank you Coggin for going the extra mile.

The experience started off good but went downhill when I received my car. I pointed out a problem with an alignment and my concerns were dismissed. I was told that I needed new tires and that my car had been out of alignment a long time which is why tires were worn out. When I provided proof that my car was not in alignment I was told I must have hit a pothole. I was then provided a print out that contradicted the statement that my car was out of alignment for a very long time

The car seemed to be fixed properly but the customer service was very poor! When I picked up my car, I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to help me. The woman who finally helped had a very poor attitude and handed me a sheet of paper and a pen without saying a word. I figured it needed to be signed, but it would have been nice for her to explain what it was that I was signing. Lastly, when I went to drive off the lot, I realized that the gas gage was below E. I literally had an 4 mile range to get to a gas station or my kids and I would have had to walk to one. Very disappointing experience for such a big named company. I wouldnât recommend Coggin Collisom to anyone due to its poor customer service!
