Everything was great. Loved the job that was done and the people are amazing but it did take 2 weeks longer and when your paying 60 a day in gas for your other vehicle it adds up pretty quick

My only comment would be that on the first expected day of delivery I did not get a call to let me know that detailing would take longer than expected. I had to call close to the end of their business day to get the update, and get a new delivery date (the next day). On the next day, I had to wait again until the end of the day to hear that the car was ready. I would've expected detailing to be faster, and that the staff would know early in the day that the car would be ready so I could get the call in the morning and plan my day better. Otherwise, great job done.

Everyone at cole's was extremely professional and very helpful. They did a great job on my vehicle and even got it done early so I could have it for a trip that I planned.

Everyone I met was very polite and professional. Amanda was a great communicator, curteous and professional. She was calling me before I even got off the phone with claims Dept for State Farm. She also was on the phone with Hertz before I walked in the door as she saw the condition of my vehicle as I drove up. The repairs were spot on.
