I think everything went very well, except there was some missing trim on the hood of my car when I picked it up. The attendant said it was missing when I dropped it off and agreed to send me a copy of the picture. I have yet to see the picture. Otherwise, everything was very simple, straightforward and very professional

The 2 men I delt with were very kind and patient. I just wish there was more communication in between or at least one more "this is what's wrong and this is what we are repairing" would be nice

Bryon was wonderful. Polite and efficient. Coordinating with State Farm and Enterprise rental was a breeze. The whole process was so easy— I even got my car back in less time than expected. Best thing is that the repair was perfect.
