I did not have a good experience. I was without a vehicle for over a month and was never advised that this would be the case. The damage was very minor but they gave me a long explanation about how difficult it is to repair a Tesla

The repair took WAY TOO LONG. They had my car for over a month. Every time I called and asked for an update, I got the runaraound.When I told them that I had to return my rental because my insurance would only pay for a limited time, they did nothing - no offer for another rental, or any other compensation

The car is a 2012 so the replaced bumper color they did is just slightly off. They said there are multiple shades of color on our car so they said they painted the bumper to match the fender. Not a big deal but the we noticed it right away as we picked up car. I think they did a really though job with all the structural things so we are satisfied this is an honest good shop we'd use again

rear bumper miasligned, need to take it the collision center again for fixing it

The work was done, cleanely, but the repair team didnt align the rear bumper, there's quite gap and it might come out. i've informed the team and agree to fix it any time
